It’s always peaceful to escape reality and enjoy the natural things life has to offer. Such as a walk outside or on a beach somewhere. Collecting shells while wishing on each one. You can find fun ways to multi task what things the following week that need to be done. Making a mental note on task at hand. To help support natural processes for the minds ability to retrieve. Breathing fresh air and ocean could be relaxing to stressful needs such letting go of stressors or toxic energies. Practicing breathing abilities is always a great way to refocus consciousness. Letting go of fast pace environments and sounds that don’t always make sense. It is a great way to find environmental needs such as grabbing a yoga mat or jogging near the tide. Some may want to to change scenery such as hiking in a cannon or a desert. Mental clarity can begin as any outside source of beauty can be observed. Approaching clean environments is calming to earth and body and soul. Letting go of emotions that no longer serve purpose is promising to the mind and to one conscience. It is best to not be exposed to everyday tools or trades such as cellphones or technology. Staying hydrated is the upmost to our reward factors when we endure nature and all nature has to offer. Set a pace and amend to to what is comfortable to achieve a goal or a duration. It is best to bring a backpack with other naturals sources such as a blanket or a snack. When heading towards your goal destination take moments to gather what surrounds you, make mental notes of observation you can identify that balance your thoughts. Breathe and release. Let go of all toxins in your body and mind. Let go of everything that no longer serves it purpose. Set path when your ready and endure your destination. When you make it repeat the steps again! Try to counteract other observations or mental images . Reward yourself and remember that you are made for all things great! Let the sun take its warmth and be at peace with all that surrounds you! Take in all that you are and embrace what is headed your way! Calm what is broken and release what it not met. Follow your heart all the way back to where you started! Peacefully!
